Hulett Town Council

The Hulett Town Council met on Dec. 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Present were Council members Bears, Kennah, Maher, and Mayor Parsons. Absent was Boz Backen.

Motion to approve the agenda, Maher/Bears, mc.

Motion to approve the November minutes, Kennah/Bears, mc.

Motion to approve the financial report, Bears/Maher, mc.

Airport- Meeting on Dec. 16 @ 5:00 p.m.

Motion to pay general bills, Bears/Maher, mc.

Motion to pay airport bills, Bears/Kennah, mc.

Motion to pay Landfill closure bills, Kennah/Maher, mc.

The Mayor read the Grand Lodge proclamation. Motion to approve the proclamation, Kennah/Bears, mc.

The Clerk reported that there is very limited space left in the Hulett Cemetery. About 13 total spots. A letter will be sent to see if the town could purchase additional property.

The January meeting will be held January 8th, 2025 at 7 p.m.

Motion was made to approve change order #1 for the RDD #3 in the amount of $1850, Kennah/Bears, mc.

Motion was made to allow PWD Pravecek to go ahead with sewer backflow repairs, Kennah/Maher, mc.

Motion to approve Hot Iron payment #1 for the lift station, $31,344.41, Bears/Kennah, mc.

Motion to adjourn.
