Local artist to be inducted into Legends of Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame

Local country artist Jim Traversie will be inducted into the Legends of Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame on Sept. 29, 2024 in Rapid City at the Moose Lodge at 2 p.m. Traversie along with 15 others will receive the honor.

Traversie is well known in the area for having the band Badger Horse, which plays all over the Tri-State area. The artist has been playing music his whole life and enjoys old time country.
