Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hulett will receive and accept bids until September 19, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Hulett Town Hall, 401 Sager Street, Hulett WY for materials, labor, equipment, services and complete construction of the Hulett Pickle ball recreation area. The work consists of constructing a five-inch thick post-tensioned concrete slab, supplying all necessary materials for the colored/textured surfacing of pickle ball courts constructed with proper slope of positive drainage in accordance with specification, fencing of tennis courts with specific specifications, provide sport court equipment in accordance with specifications, perform the site preparation of the sport court in accordance with specification provided. A scope of work may be picked up at Hulett Town Hall

Bid opening will be held September 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. followed by the awarding of the bid.

The Town of Hulett (owner) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities it deemed in the best interest of the town.
