Plans for the project.
Construction of infrastructure has begun at the Red Devil Drive Addition Phase 3. Dan Hart Patrol Service, LLC has been hired to install the water main and sewer main. Included in this project will also be a lift station.
This subdivision includes commercial lots and over 30 residential lots. The approximate cost of this project is over $1,500,000 and is funded with a State Land and Investment Board grant and Specific Option Tax money. The town is hoping to start the process to sell lots in early spring of 2025.
