Town election May 14

A town election will be held on Tuesday, May 14 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Greater Hulett Community Center. Voters will be going to the polls to elect two council people who will serve four-year terms.

Terms are ending for Brian Kennah and Terri Johnson. Johnson has stated that she will not be vying for re-election, while Kennah is undecided.

Any qualified person who so desires to file for an office of any of the above positions may do so by filing a petition at town hall. Petitions may be obtained at town hall and must be filed by noon on April 30 along with a $25 filing fee.
