PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

8:30 o’clock a.m. Present were Chairman Fred M. Devish, via Teams, Vice-Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, via conference call, Member Bob Latham and County Clerk Melissa Jones.

Bob moved to sign a letter to BLM in response to Draft RMP & EIS for the Rock Springs RMP Revision and for the clerk to use the chairman’s signature stamp on said letter. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Also present were Joe Baron and Via Teams, Dru Palmer & Sarah Pridgeon.

The meeting adjourned at 8:39 o’clock a.m. to meet in regular session on February 6 & 7, 2024 at 8:30 o’clock a.m., in the Commissioner’s Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
