NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

(SALE OF PROPERTY)

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Hulett, County of Crook, State of Wyoming, will hold a public hearing in accordance with W.S.§15-1-112(b) regarding the sale of real property owned by the Town of Hulett, Wyoming, described as Lot 36 and Lot 37, Red Devil Drive Addition, Phase 3, Town of Hulett, Crook County, Wyoming. The Town of Moorcroft proposes to sell the foregoing described property to the governing body of the Crook County School District #1 in exchange for the conveyance to the Town of Hulett of certain land presently owned by the Crook County School District #1. The land to be conveyed to the Town of Hulett by the School District is generally described as a tract of land lying within the corporate limits of the Town of Hulett, lying in the SE¼NE¼ of Section 12, T.54N, R65W, Crook County, Wyoming. A complete legal description of the land to be conveyed to the Town of Hulett can be obtained at the Hulett Town Hall, 401 Sager Avenue, Hulett, Wyoming 82720. The property to be sold to the School District has an appraised value of $180,000.00. The property to be received from the School District has an appraised value of $190,000.00. The hearing will take place on January 3, 2024 at 7:30 o’clock p.m., in the Town Hall Chambers, 401 Sager Avenue, Hulett, Wyoming 82720, at which time all comments will be heard on the proposed sale of the real property.
