PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

8:30 o’clock a.m. Present were Chairman Fred M. Devish, Vice-Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, via conference call, Member Bob Latham and County Clerk Melissa Jones.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited to the Flag.

After discussion, Bob moved to sign a scoping comment letter on the Newcastle BLM RMP Revision. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Bob moved to ratify a letter of support for Charter Communications on an application for CPF funding for broadband, signed August 18, 2023. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Kelly moved to meet as the Board of Equalization at 8:56 a.m. Bob seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Back into regular session at 9:21 a.m.

The meeting adjourned at 9:22 o’clock a.m. to meet as Board of Equalization on August 30 & 31, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the Commissioner’s Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
