The Busy Bean is one of the latest new businesses to open in Hulett. Amanda Galliway wanted to be able to do something she was passionate about and have the freedom to create something uniquely her own and to share it with others.

Her business is in a kiosk in the parking lot of the Tower Valley station and is open Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Galliway says she has never done anything like this before and it's definitely an adventure for her.

The barista offers a variety of drinks from espresso to frappes to energy infused drinks.

"I also make homemade food items, including lemon bars, muffins and other baked goods" says Galliway. Galliway goes on to say that her coffee beans are Smokin' Beans out of Georgia and Dark Canyon coffee from South Dakota.

"I enjoy being able to do something I love while interacting with the community and providing them with their daily caffeinated goodness," she says.

The new business owner says that she is thankful to the community for being so supportive and wonderful. "I love catching up with my regulars and seeing what new and interesting customers the day will bring."
