NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hulett, Wyoming has issued a certificate of completion to Hot Iron, Inc., 1401 Oil Dr, Gillette, Wyoming, 82716, for the work performed for the Sewer & Water Reconstruction, Main Street South Alley, Crook County, Hulett, Wyoming. The Town has accepted the work as complete according to the contract and associated documents and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on December 21st, 2022.
