NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CROOK COUNTY LARGE ACREAGE SUBDIVISION REGULATION BY THE BOARD OF CROOK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Be advised that the Board of Crook County Commissioners scheduled a Public Hearing to approve and adopt the proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation as follows:

On, Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at the hour of 2:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held in the Crook County Commissioners Room, 309 E Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming, so all interested parties may present written or oral comments on the proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation to the Crook County Commissioners.

Written comments may be submitted to Crook County Clerk prior to the hearing at P.O. Box 37, Sundance, WY 82729.

The proposed Crook County Large Acreage Subdivision Regulation shall be provided to any person who requests a copy by calling the Crook County Planning Office at 283-4548 or by writing to the Crook County Planning Office, P.O. Box 825, Sundance, WY 82729 and are also available online at:
