The Hulett Town Council met on May 4, 2022 at 7 p.m. Present were Council Backen, Johnson, McCollum and Mayor Parsons.

Motion to accept the agenda, McCollum/Backen, mc.

Financial: Motion to approve the financial report, Backen/McCollum, mc.

Police: Motley will be gone next week. Working on a dog at large ordinance.

Maintenance: Helping set up for OWITS. Lane Jay will be hired for the summer help and will start May 23

Bills: Motion to approve the general bills, McCollum/Backen, mc.

Motion to approve the airport bills, Backen/McCollum, mc.

The council will now be working with the Barlows for the purchase of the property that is in the street by the hardware store.

Motion to approve a catering permit for the Historical Aladdin, LLC for the turkey shoot weekend, Backen/Johnson, mc.

Motion to go out of general session, McCollum/Backen, mc. Motion to go into a planning and zoning meeting, Backen/Johnson. Public hearing to hear comments on zoning of Lot 1 of the Red Devil Addition Phase 2. There were no written or oral comments. Motion to leave the P&Z commission meeting, Backen/Johnson, mc. Motion to go into the general meeting, McCollum/Backen, mc. Motion was made to zoning Lot 1 of the Red Devil Addition phase 2 as C1.
