Cold wind

Tom Proulx pushes his bicycle north on Bent Street in Powell Tuesday morning after finding the wind too much to handle and the roads too slick on his way home from work at

the Lamplighter Inn and Restaurant. Proulx was heading to his second job: shoveling snow. Temperatures are expected to warm up next week.
