The 1A basketball regionals for boys and girls was held last weekend in Buffalo. The girls lost a hard-fought match against Arvada-Clearmont, which put them out of the tournament. The boys' basketball team had a very successful tournament and ended up losing to Kaycee to place forth in the regional tournament and will be headed to the state competition in Casper. The fifth annual Hulett cheerleader fundraiser was held last Saturday night at the GHCC. Supporters gathered to help raise funds, and to have a fun evening of silent and live auctions. The live auction had a lot of unique items including cutting Craig Goodell's hair. Auctioneer was Justin Biesheuvel, who was entertaining as always. Unofficially, around $15,000 was raised. The fifth annual Red Devil cheerleaders’ chili supper and fundraiser will be held this Saturday, February 18, 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greater Hulett Community Center gym. Supper will be five dollars per person and will include chili, corn muffins and a drink. A silent auction will be going on throughout the night and a live auction will also be held. Money gathered from this fundraiser helps with graduate banners, athlete clothing, cheer camps, scholarships and last year a $5000 donation to the GHCC....

The 1A six-man football all-conference and all-state awards have been announced. Among those are three Hulett Red Devil players. Receiving all-conference awards are MJ Ulmer, Kade Smith and Hunter Reilly. Reilly also received all-state honors and the Powder River Conference player of the year award....
