    The new owners of the Hulett Hardware held their grand opening last Saturday and the Hulett Chamber of Commerce thought it would be a great time to welcome them to the business community. Jake and Kacy Barlow purchased the hardware store from Wes and Katie Moody around May. The couple and their family moved here from Utah. Jake is a plumber and his wife was a property manager in Utah. The family is happy to be in Hulett and to be part of the business community....

    The local gas station, which was recently purchased by David Cromes, is having a complete makeover. Now they can claim the fame of having the first electronic sign in the Town of Hulett.     The Crook County Commissioners have set a date in September for a public hearing regarding proposed new rules for large acre subdivisions. The hearing will take place on September 6 at 2 p.m., during the commissioners’ regularly scheduled monthly meetings.
