    The Town of Hulett this year is beyond beautiful with all of its flower beds and arrangements. The flowers are a combination of the Town, Walt Daknis, Neimans and private businesses. The Chamber of Commerce is encouraging everyone to take a walk around town. Start at the welcome sign and make your way through the town.     The threat of zebra and quagga mussels to Wyoming’s waters is closer than ever before. Last week, zebra mussels were discovered in Pactola Reservoir, located 13 miles west of Rapid City, South Dakota, in the Black Hills.     Six kids showed up for the recent Lions Club fishing derby: Evelyn, Meredith, Danny, Rosin, Taidhg and Fiona. All participants received assorted lures for showing up. Evelyn won a $50 Sportsman's Warehouse gift card for the most fish and a duffel bag with an assortment of items for the biggest fish.     Kyle and Shanna Kallhoff thought they were prepared for baby number three, but the little one was super excited to come into this world and decided to come very quickly, so quickly that they didn't make it to the hospital.
