Jack Sands Proctor was born January 3,1943 in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Albert Leon Proctor and Myrtle May (Graham) Proctor. Jack attended grade school in country schools on Inya Kara Creek. He went to high school in Hulett, and graduated his senior year at Moorcroft High School in May 1962.
