    The annual Old West Invitational Turkey Shoot was held last week, May 2-4 in Hulett. Hunters came from all over the United States to harvest a Merriam turkey at the one-shot event. Hosted by the Greater Hulett Community Center and many sponsors of all levels, this event is crucial in keeping the GHCC operating and open to the public.     A town election will be held Tuesday, May 14 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Greater Hulett community center. Brian Kennah and Terri Johnson’s positions are to be filled.   • Hazmat team responds to courthouse incident

    A Hazmat team was called to the Crook County Courthouse on Friday after it became the third Wyoming courthouse in a week to receive suspicious mail. As with the previous two cases, the letter tested negative for hazardous substances. The incidents are now being investigated by the FBI.
